PCTI HK Soft Solutions unit handling the software development activity of the group both for in-house and for external clients. We are offshore Software development Company located in New Delhi, India. Our technology solutions are categorized as Application software and website development and maintenance, application and product development, process handling and support.

PCTI Group has developed the software for the following organization:

• Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL)-Software developed for all the day-to-day transactions related to the Opening of Internet Account, receipt generation, various MIS reports and various inter department reports between the Customer Relation and  Finance & Account Section of VSNL.

• Northern Railways-Software was developed to maintain the inventory management    system of the Signaling and Telecommunication department of the Northern Railways, Baroda House, New Delhi. An additional module was also developed to keep track of the Employee performance system for the employees at Baroda House.

• Rachna Motors- Authorised Maruti and Telco Workstation:  A Software was developed to automate all the functionalities related to the various work being done on the vehicle, right from the time it enters the workshop and it leaves.
